    How can I pay?

    Our site accepts both Visa and Mastercard as well as American Express, Along with options to pay via PayPal and Apple Pay.

    Please make sure that the billing address you enter at the checkout matches the billing address of the card you are using otherwise the payment won't be accepted.

    Is my information secure?

    We place your security as a top priority and so our site has been designed with that in mind. has an SSL Certificate which means that your payment is processed securely. We do not store your card details.


    UK Delivery

    Do I have to pay delivery charges?

    Postage and packing is free to the UK if you spend over £50, otherwise there is a £4.49 charge. For international delivery charges see below. Please note that your bag will arrive the day after dispatch in the UK. Other countries may take up to 10 days for delivery.

    Can my order be sent to a PO box?

    Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO boxes. 

    Who will deliver my order?

    All of our bags are couriered direct to your door using Amazon Fulfillment Services with uses UK Mail in the UK or DPD outside of the UK.

    How long will it take between placing my order and receiving my bag?

    Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Parcels going to residential addresses may be delivered on a Sunday.

    Expedited Delivery times can vary from 1 to 3 days. Delivery estimate shown in the order form.

    Non UK deliveries will take from 5 to 15 working days.

    How will my bag arrive?

    Your bag will be inside our protective dust bag and securely packed in a box so that it is as perfect when you open it as it was when it was made.

    Duty Charges

    All orders are shipped from the UK. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.

    Returns And Exchanges


    Easy Returns

    We offer money back guarantee on all products. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction, however in an unlikely event, should you wish to return an item, you must inform us within 7 working days of receiving them item. Please note that 7 working days start from the date of delivery. This meets all online retailers’ legal obligations to customers under the European Directive on distance selling (which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). The regulations state that our customers have the unconditional right to cancel orders within 7 working days of delivery without having to give us a reason. Please read our full terms and conditions for your reference.

    Should you wish to return your items in accordance with this regulation we will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the carriage costs involved in the return of goods. We will credit your card with the net refund within 30 days of us receiving the returned items back. In order for us to provide a refund, all goods must be with the original packaging. Refunds will not be processed unless (a) The goods are packed in their original packaging and are in a saleable condition  (b) The goods are accompanied by our returns email which must be placed with the good.


    Can I cancel my order?

    As all of our bags are handmade to order, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. However, we will always try and help if people have changed their mind so please email us at as soon as possible and we will see what we can do. This will usually depend on whether we have started to make your bag.

    Can I change my order?

    We hope that you will love your order! However, if you change your mind, you can return any item in accordance with the following policies:

    UK Orders – Goods must be returned within 28 days for a full refund of your purchase price.

    EU Orders – Goods must be returned within 28 days for a full refund of your purchase price. The cost of return is non-refundable and HYDESTYLE London reserves the right to arrange collection, in which case the customer will be responsible for the collection charges.

    Non-EU Orders – Goods must be returned within 28 days of receipt. The delivery charge and cost of returning the goods will only be refunded in the event that the goods have been returned due to being faulty or incorrect, in which case please contact us.

    Items originally despatched to the UK but returned from a non-UK address will be treated as being an order from the country where the goods are being returned from.

    Here’s what you need to do:

    • The goods being returned must be unused, in their original packaging including any tag, dust bag and labels. Goods that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with markes may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
    • Please specify by mail if you want a refund or replacement and state the reason for the return. It is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or a replacement. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you want us to.
    • Faulty products will be assessed and if appropriate we will either refund you the value of the product and the original delivery charge, or action a replacement for which you will not be charged the additional postage.
    • Put the product with the completed despatch note inside the box and send to: HYDESTYLE Website Returns Department. HYDESTYLE London, 105 Glentrammon Road, Orpington BR6 6DQ United Kingdom.
    • For orders outside the UK we strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery from a reputable carrier, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for the returned items.
    • We will contact you by email to let you know that your refund has been processed. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to process from receipt by our Returns Department.


    Damaged / Faulty Goods

    What if I am not happy with my bag?

    We don't think this will be an issue due to the quality of our bags but, in the unlikely event that you are not happy, please contact us at within 7 days of receiving your order and let us know. After you've done this, please visit the returns section of the site and download a returns form to complete. Please then return your bag to us with all the original packaging in the condition it was received. We will then give you full refund of your purchase price. Please note that, unless the bag is faulty, you are responsible for the return postage costs.

    What happens if the bag does not arrive?

    What if I am not in when the bag arrives?

    UK Mail will attempt delivery to your address a once. If you are unavailable, they will leave a card with information regarding your delivery. You will then need to arrange for a redelivery as per the details on the card.

    Can I track my order?

    Yes. We will send you a tracking code in an email confirming from HYDESTYLE and a second email from Amazon warehouse / UK Mail to confirm that your order has been dispatched. You can then use this code to track your order.

    What if my goods are faulty?

    If your goods are damaged or faulty when you receive them please follow this procedure:

    If you request a refund or replacement due to faulty goods, we will assess the faulty products. If appropriate we will refund you the value of the product and the original delivery charge, or action a replacement for which you will not be charged additional postage. Please allow 5 to 7 working days turnaround time for replacements.

    If your goods become faulty over time:

    HYDESTYLE products are made to the highest standards, with rigorous quality control checks made throughout the manufacturing process. Please be aware that leather is a natural product and a level of marking on the hide is to be expected. We consider this an important aspect of each HYDESTYLE product’s individuality.

    Where products do not perform to expected quality standards we offer the following guarantees:

    All handbags, small leather goods luggage and briefcase: months from date of purchase* This guarantee covers faults caused by manufacturing or the material used. It does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse. Any part faulty that can be fixed will be done by us during this period.
